Residential Property Management to include Rent Collection and Owner disbursement payments. Handling tenant maintenance requests as well as yearly upkeep for owners. Pay bills related to repairs of owners homes. Accept applications for vacant properties and place qualified persons in homes. We do twice yearly property inspections for owners, and more if requested.
