  • *$250 sponsorship does not include $100 annual chapter dues for 2020

    • Skirted 6’ display table in the conference room, with networking opportunities before the event and during planned breaks throughout the program.
    • Lunch with the attendees with 2 vendor lunches included. If additional meals are requested, they will be $45 each.
    • Participate in Door Prize Drawing (Max. of 2 items). Vendor will need to collect business cards at their table for this drawing.
    • Business card sized advertisement in event program (must be submitted in jpeg format by Feb. 21, 2020).
    • Company name will be displayed on chapter website banner throughout the year.
    • Business card sized advertisement included in ¼ of newsletters throughout 2020.

    VENDOR  REGISTRATION

Registration types are limited to first come first served for ALL levels, so if you have a preference, please book early.  Registration types have changed !!!!!  Registration begins NOW.  All levels are reserved for Active Chapter Members only.  (Membership dues for 2020 are paid in full, and no outstanding invoices)  We have 25 total tables available.......

Tables may not be split nor shared between members.

The Board will be confirming registrations at the meeting Feb 18th, 2020, as we are working to have all packets for attendees in place for printing early.

You will be receiving a packet at your table including the agenda for the day, to plan your schedule.

Set up time on March 18th at the Hotel TBD (From Christy)
