Marc grew up in the real estate world and spent many years pulling weeds,
painting walls, showing properties, and collecting rents for Grace Property
Management, the company his father founded in 1978.
Today, from a platform of managing 1,000+ rental properties, Grace Management
helps people buy, sell, invest, flip, collect rent, evict, and have fun doing it!
If you are more impressed with initials after a name - Marc is the President of
Grace Property Management & Real Estate, holds a degree in Real Estate &
Finance, has taught CE classes in over 30 states, and has several initials after his
name.
But wait... there’s more – Marc was named national property manager of the year,
coaches investors and business owners, and is a featured speaker at real estate
events.
Marc lives in Loveland, CO, where he lives his failed childhood sports dreams -
through his four children.

Vendor registrations for Tables are handled thru the Affiliate Co-ordinator.
Cancellations in writing must be received by the Treasurer only, no later than midnight the Thursday before the event. Checks and cash always welcome at the door. Credit/debit can only be used on line.
Late registrations, and at the door are at a cost of $50.00. A Registration means a lunch will be prepared for you, that the Chapter has to pay for. Therefore payment is expected at time of service.
No refunds for non-attendance.
