Charles D’Alessio is a licensed Real Estate Employing Broker in Colorado since 2003 and works with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Synergy Realty Group, Inc as an Owner and Broker. He is one of the top agents in Southern Colorado. In 2016 Charles became the Chairman of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, representing over 3500 Realtors and working to advocate for Realtors and the Public. Charles was voted the BEST of the BEST Realtor in Colorado Springs for 2010.
Charles really enjoys helping clients sell their home. When the market turned south, Charles increased his activity in marketing and advertising giving him a competitive edge. He is also into leverage. Charles has a large team of brokers & staff to fulfill the goals of the client.
He doesn’t just focus on sellers only, though, buyers are just as important. He knows that buying a home is one of the largest transactions in a person’s life. Giving back to the community is also a mission he enjoys. Serving on the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors Board of Directors, Chairperson for the Government Affairs Committee and is the new Chair-elect for the entire Association keeps him close to the action.

Remember early registration ends at midnight on Tuesday, June 13th.
Cancellations in writing must be received by the Treasurer only, no later than midnight the Thursday before the event. Checks and cash always welcome at the door. Credit/debit can only be used on line.
Late registrations, and at the door are at a cost of $50.00. A Registration means a lunch will be prepared for you, that the Chapter has to pay for. Therefore payment is expected at time of service.
No refunds for non-attendance.
